Approach botconsult GmbH was founded by a group of industry and university botanists as information centre and consulting agency for the application of botanical raw material in natural products and to provide botanical expertise for commercial applications. As partner of companies working in different markets (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food or industrial crops) we aim at investigating botanical raw materials for the application in innovative products. We are offering to conduct research and development projects from the initial research activities on plant sources and applications, to product development and the sourcing of botanicals and to quality control and aspects of sustainability. The global demand for botanical raw materials is increasing and plant resources are of eminent significance for human life. We are therefore looking for solutions to avoid excessive exploitation of natural resources and to promote sustainable and ethical botanicals together with our clients. The main focus of the projects therefore are a sustainable utilization and strategies to improve commercial raw material sourcing. >> Management |
